What shipping service do you use?

Please refer to our shipping page for more detailed information - CLICK HERE. Standard shipping is by parcel post where cities East of the Mississippi can expect their orders within 7-10 business days and cities West of the Mississippi can expect their orders within 10-15 business days.

What does the "D" and "W" mean before certain item numbers?

The "D" and "W" before the sku number designates that this item is a drop ship item which will ship directly from the manufacture's warehouse. 

Can I ship to another address?

YES! On the order form simply click on the link that says "Ship To" next to the appropriate product if you wish to send one or more products to different addresses. If you would like to ship your entire order to another address wait until you enter your billing information and fill in the "ship to" address on this form. The entire order, except those with individual ship to address specified, will be shipped to that address, $3.95 per additional address.
