Wear while smoking or drinking (not for eating), won't affect speaking. Fits securely and comfortably over teeth, bondings, veneers and crowns. For sizing, measure width of four front teeth. Small 1 1/8 in; Large 1 5/16 in.

With a bit of patience, I was able to get a 'set.' Just be sure to first read directions.
Works great for temporary upgrading imperfect teeth, such as for pictures, interview, etc.
The only not-so-great thing: Wish they could be used while eationg.

Covers my real teeth well, but I have to use alot of messy Poligrip to make it stay in position. It does impair regular speech a little. Overall, I look at it as an "experiment". It was better than expected, but not perfect....more like amusing fun for me. I'm not sure about recommending it to a friend.

They've made an amazing difference in my life, attitude and apperance. I have to have extencive dental work done due to a severe seizure breaking quite a few front and towards front teethe. These are a wonderful substitute until my 1 to 2 years worth of work is completely.
