I have had one of these for several years and it does keep the interior of the vehicle cooler. I don't think it adds much cool air, but it does take out some of the hot air. I find it's more effective used with a sun shade in the front window. Also, you have to position it so it's facing the sun otherwise it doesn't work.

The window sealer rubbers they sent did not seal up on the windows of my car, so you always had an opening for rain and air to come in. After two weeks of using the top portion broke off making it unuseable.
