keeps bread longer if out on counter use, but refrig is just as well without it like old times, but I can go back & forth depending on where I need the extra space.

You drop a loaf of bread into the Bread Buddy and slip the bread wrapper over the sides of the container, pull the bread wrapper down the sides until a slice of bread is even with the top edge and put the lid on. Bread stays fresh and soft for more than a week.

This is a large container and I was able to put two, partially used loaves of bread in it. I have been using the bread on an irregular basis and the bread has remained soft and fresh! I was surprised! The Bread Buddy does exactly what it says it will do! I love it! Before it started using the Bread Buddy, my bread would get stale or moldy before I used all of it, but now it is as fresh as when I put it in there! Thanks!
