We live in a townehouse development. Although we have lawn service, we had a problem with lawn growing in the back yard around the patio. Mud and mushy grass was a problem. I put top soil down, and used this product. Watered every day for two weeks. The grass filled in every inch of the area with lush grass. Our patio area was the greenest and stayed green through winter! Going to overseed this spring, just to fill in more and know it will be even greater!
