I loved it. The most important thing to remember is that the cooking time is reduced substantially. A box of brownies which took 45 minutes in a normal pan, were done in about 18-20 minutes - so keep checking on them until you've gotten used to the pan. The brownies were gone in no time at all. To remove the brownies just flip it over onto a cooling rack and the three rows fall right out. After cooling just line them up and cut to size. Clean up was really easily. I can see that brownies will be the dessert of choice in this house now!!
