I was very pleased with this product. We own a small rv park and just put in a small laundry as a convience for our tenants. Let's face it, a laundry just isn't a laundry without a rolling cart! I didn't want to buy a commercial grade laundry cart. This was a great buy. It is heavy duty, rolls like a breeze with commercial grade wheels and even has a shelf. The basket is huge. I was afraid that it would be small. The only con I can think of for me, is that the upright pole that holds the hanging arm is a little loose and woobly and cannot be tightened to prevent this. It doesn't bother me as I know it is as tight as it can be tightened, but a tenant may think that it should be tighter. As far as the directions are concerned, they are picture only. I followed another reviewers' advice and separated the screws by size and carefully read the pictures. It was simple to put together this way and took 10 minutes. I highly recommend this cart.
