I wad surprised at how well this little pad cools my head and neck! I use it at night on top of my pillow, and it helps me go to sleep. The size may be small, but it's the right size for me. Great product and good price too!

In my opinion, Needs to be larger. Near standard pillow size would be good. It has to be moved if you roll over to the other side.
