I have paid a lot of money for this service in a spa and it is really nice to be able to do it in my own home instead. The change of color with the water is a chemical reaction to the coils and I'm not sure what toxins are drawn out but I do tend to feel better after a few treatments. It does take more than one time to feel the difference.
