It is quite easy to use and it works perfectly. I would weight out the meat and just pop the weighed meat and place a disk on top of it and press it down then pop another weighed meat and continue the proceedure until fully loaded then pop the meat, disk and all into a plastic bag or use wrap and into the freezer. As I said, quite easy to use. I am going to get another one.
