I place all my jewelry in the pockets. I no longer have a jewelry box. This hanging organizer works so much better. I put even my fine gold pieces in the pockets. The jewelry stays clean and now that i can view everything fast I am wearing pieces that I have forgotten about. Everyone should get several of these great organizers.

I use this organizer for all of my jewelry ( I have 4 of them) I hang it behind my closet door, and can't believe how easy it is to see everything I have and make a quick selection of earrings/necklaces/bracelets. I used to keep them in boxes and often didn't have time to dig for them and just went without wearing anything. Super convenient!!
