The shoulder wrap doesn't hold heat very long as it seems to need more filler in it. Also, the slick fabric makes it hard to keep around shoulders.

I have a problem with my left shoulder and at times can't lift my arm so it is difficult to get this into my microwave to heat. It is really great when used hot or cold. I love it. I have actually purchased an additional one for the RV so I will always have it when we are on the road as well. It really relaxes me after a day of riding or driving.
