The item was easy to use but radio volume must be turned up high. One note... I feared I would not be able to tune my radio to the required channel (since mine scans and only stops on channels having reception), but this was not the case. When the jack was in operation, the radio stopped at the necessary station. The transmission was ok but in some remote areas (many where I live), the reception has static and is difficult to hear.

We did need to use a different radio station than 99.3, but aside from that it works as stated. We didn't even need to use an adapter for our Motorola phone. Good sound for both the cell phone user through the car speakers and for the person on the other end.
