A presentation carving board which slopes so the excess juices are collected in the well at the bottom of the board. After the slices are cut, they can then be placed in the well to keep them moist. Made of acacia wood, an environmentally friendly hardwood with neoprene coated feet for non-skid. The size is 22" x 15" x 1.5"
