I have shoulder pain that makes me roll my shoulder in. I bought this hoping that it would pull my shoulder back and help keep me straightened up. I do like it but the bottom strap creaps up under my breasts. In the beginning it didnt seem to be working but by the end of the day I did notice that I paid more attention to my posture.
