Use in the seating portion of my recliner and use another similar product for the back. Think it sorta helps relieve pressure on my spine..I have spine/nerve related issues and have difficulty with numbness and leg cramps. Haven't found a downside yet but it's a fairly new product in my household.

Some things are obvious, but what's terrific, is that the cover is tough enough to survive the washer over and over! lingerie sack to save it and anything else from the rather sharp zipper hinge, hang it up to dry and bingo!
