I had this before and it got misplaced in a move. Some covers are flat which means they sit on your food. This one is tall enoufgh that it does not. It reminds me of the covers they use in hotels. It keeps micro spatter free,heats evenly and steam is released from top. I LOVE THEM! Worth every penny.
