I have one similar to this that I bought from [...] that uses a bottle instead of a syringe. It's amazing how gravity will bring the saline out the other nostril. Make sure to breathe through your mouth and to tilt your head forward. When done, bend at the waist as if doing a windmill so any trapped water will come out. Also, don't blow your nose to hard as it causes pressure in your ears. I'm hooked and can't wait to do it again today! I could smell things better instantly!

I saw Dr. Oz demonstrate this type of gadget on Oprah with very possitive results. The people who tried this procedure claimed that their health improved a tremendous degree. It's pretty hard to sniff up the water without the gadget so I'm really looking forward to receiving it. Thank you Taylor's!
