I love the cups they are just what I was hoping they would be. BUT.....getting them to me was another story. I called before ordering to make sure that Fed-Ex would be the one delivering them because we do not have a mailbox. (due to mail fraud) The man I spoke to reassured me they would have no problem delivering to my house. But I had to hunt them down at the Post office before they were shipped back to you. I asked the man if I could have them sent to my PO Box and he said no. Well, I spent way too much time on the phone tracking them down. I wish I had gotten the man's name that I spoke with, but I did not. It was just a very unpleasant experience over all. I am happy with the product just not with Taylor Gifts. :(
