The robotic vacuum is a neat idea and it didn't do too bad a job, however, it is a little weak on suction for a house that has dogs and kids. Very quiet, my dogs and baby didn't mind it at all. It picked up hair and dust fine, but it had some difficulty picking up heavier objects (heavy lint or little rocks). I'm not sure if its the suction or the size of the suction area (kind of small).
