The stepper really gives you a great work out but the bad thing is that it doesn’t stay in place. When I’m working out on the stepper the whole machine itself moves around the floor and squeaks really bad after 10min or so.

This might look easy at first but add some hand weights and you will feel the burn. I felt it in the front of my legs the first time. Now I feel it in the abs and glutes. Tony Little is down to earth and a great motivator. If you can't dedicate a lot of time to exercise, I recommend this highly.
