I use this product like it is going out of style. I just love it, before i purchased this product i would have to literally get down in the floor to scrub my floors, but once i purchased this product, i may get in the floor maybe once a month, but i use my steam mop atleast 2-3 times a week, i just love it. i have recommended this product to all of my family members and even after they were hesitant and they borrowed my mop they went out the next day and purchased thier own. I have a bad back and bad knees and after several surgeries this product i still recommend to everyone. it is very light weight and very easy to use it is just a matter of filling it with water and the back and forth strokes produces the steam and the floors are just as clean as if you were to scrub them on your hands and knees, i am looking to purchase the new handheld steamer as well, I love thier products and can't say enough about them.... if you dont have one you need to get one it is well worth the money and the time saved in cleaning time.

I was very impressed with how well the Shark cleaned my hardwood floors! So much better than cleaning them on my hands and knees. Very easy to operate and the water/steam lasted much longer than I anticipated. I love it!

This mop works great! I have wood, tile, marble, and brick floors. They have never looked better. I have used different methods of cleaning and this is the easiest and best. My floors are clean and sanitized without any harsh chemicals. Safe for the environment.

I was so skeptical about this but I must say it is wonderful!! It cleans even the hairspray off my bathroom floor.(I had to scrub it on my knees before) Also so cost effective compared with a swiffer. You wash the pads and reuse them. I only wish the pads were easily found to purchase. I guess I will have to order them from the company when they need replaced. This is so easy to use.

I now have more time for me, The S.S.M. cut my cleaning time in half, it's lightweight,easy to put away,nothing to clean and no more smelly mops to ring, oh, i now don't have to deal with the wait for the floor to dry yes i love this mop and i would not trade it in for another mop ever.

Bought it at my daughter's suggestion - it works great on tile and cleans them like they were new again. I actually have two minor complaints - 1) the cord is too short. I have to keep finding new places to plug it in. and 2) If I have a lot to mop, my arm and shoulders get really tired. I tried doing several rooms one after the other and just couldn't. Really do like the way the floors look, but I also miss the piney smell from the cleaners.

No place dirtier than the desert. Our tile is always in need of a steam cleaning.
Works Quite well. I know you think that what you see on TV infomercials is too good to be true, but not in this case.
We are pleased. Only down fall is the water tank is small. But that is a small price for something so economical and works very well.
