I found this pillow a little firm at first but after a few nights, it felt more comfortable. Love the ear well. However, I turn from side to side several times during the night and have to flip the pillow and re-adjust. Mine did not come with a case and a standard pillowcase does not fit so I have to simply lay a pillowcase over the pillow and push down into the ear well each & every time I flip it (in the dark.) A real pain.

Very comfortable and great support. Love the indentation for your ear so it's not squished in the morning :) Now my husband wants one too and will also get an extra one for the guest room. Wish I knew where to get extra pillowcases.

My sister & I use the side sleeper pillow for what is was designed for. The only thing I might suggest is to make the cover in something other then white.
