This product is amazing. My skeptical husband thought I'd never really use this item, but as soon as it arrived in the mail, I tried it out. Press the meat into bottom*, squish down the grid and remove, put the lid on and put into the freezer. When ready to use, the burgers simply snap apart - like graham crackers. So easy!
*When squishing the meat into the container, I usually lift it up and look at the bottom to make sure there aren't air pockets under the meat.
