I purchased two of these. One worked, One did not. I would have returned the one that didn't work, but it was more trouble than it was worth. The one that did work, worked poorly.

It works really well. It's so powerful that it tends to put out cigarettes that are left unattended, which is good or bad, depending on the circumstances!
