I use this product every 4 days to allow the hair to grow 1/4" and rub softly in 3 slow circular clockwise and 3 slow counter clockwise motions and the hair is GONE!!
Yes, my legs got ashy but I took a shower after wards and applied lotion and they are very smooth. No nicks or cuts!!
I would say the underarms were a bit irritated from it,so I may not use this product there anymore!
Why didn't they come out with this when I was younger!!!!

I love this product! I am older, and shaving in the shower isn't as easy as it once was. It's nice to sit in a chair and use this with no mess, no fuss and with immediate results. I purchased mine at a local drug store and will defintely purchase again.

I was so excited to buy this product. And it worked so great first time I used it on my legs. I used aloe oil after the procedure. Legs were wonderfully smooth! Unfortunately next time it did not work already - I have very thin hair though! So I don't know what actually to say. It is great for 1-2 times use!

I was very excited to try this product, and IT WORKS!! However, I was displeased to find out that there was a warning INSIDE the package that reads: "Important: DO NOT use on the head or on male beards. DO NOT use Smooth Away if you suffer from a skin condition, open wounds, or have diabetes. If you have questions about this product's suitability for you, consult your physician."
Are you kidding me? I'm diabetic!! I order it, paid for it and no where does it say that warning on your website??? It's probably on the TV ad that many diabetics (with bad eye sight) cannot even read !!
I would recommend this to my non-diabetic friends, but it's a misleading advertisement. Finally find a hair removal that works and I cannot use it?? Not fair!!

I fount this item at my local pharmacy today[$]so I thought I'd try it. It comes with a large and small buffer with 5 large and 5 small pads all in a little travel pouch. I read the instructions that specify that your skin must be free of lotion and completely dry. It says to buff clockwise 3 times and counter clockwise 3 times until the hair disappears. I used it on my forearm which has dark, long hair. After about 10 seconds, the hair was gone! My skin was ashy and dry afterwards, but there was no hair. It was also very soft and smooth. The product looks like very fine sandpaper and I'm guessing this is something probably found at a hardware store for less money. Overall, I was pleased. There was no pain and it was fast. Just don't press too hard to avoid rubbing the skin raw. I have not tried the smaller sized pads which are supposed to be for the face. One note: the skin seems very sensitive following the treatment. But, not painful in any way. I'm anxious to try it on my underarms, which I wax. Now, that's something I wish I never had to do again.
