I purchased one for home and work. I injured my ankle from a very bad fall. As a result, I still have a big soft tissue knot, but it does not prevent me from doing anything. It still tightens from time to time and this has helped tremendously in stretching the ankle. Highly recommend.

It's a foot rocker,the same as the one at the therapist office. [...]The only thing that is not up to par is the instruction sheet...print so small that you need really good reader glasses and maybe a magnifying glass. The intructions include stretches beyond the basics, I like that. Advanced stretches work your hips and back, believe or not! Have a wall handy for balance work.
