I can't use hormones because of ovarian cancer. This leaves me with no medications to take for hot flashes. I also suffer from neck pain and migraine headaches. It stays cold for much longer than I expected. Love that it ties so you can secure it and move about. Wish I had bought 2 so I could rotate on a hot day with constant hot flashes. My only complaint is that the seam was ripped out and now I have to sew it up. Seems that your quality control dropped the ball.

I have cervical arthritis as well as a bulging disk and narrowing of the spinal foramin so I have chronic pain daily. I cannot take many pain meds because they upset my stomach and make me dizzy. I can put this on and ice my neck while my hands are free to do other things. Its one of the best pain remedies I have. I just love it.
