This product is great for letting me know when FED-EX, UPS, or reg mail is delivered..Also gives me a warning when people are coming up my drive way.. Very reliable, I've had this for 4 years now, works perfit, great price, I just bought another one to keep as a spare, incase the first one goes bad... Batteries are reg. ones, nothing special, they last a long time, works well even in very cold wheather..

This driveway monitor is wonderful. Our house sits way back in but with this we can tell when someone pulls in the driveway. It is a bit more sensitive then needed but with a little patience in getting it positioned just right it works great.

I share a driveway with the neighbor, which gives security for both of us. It covers the whole area between the two houses. I trust it and check each time it goes off. The quieter mode is great. It doesnt jar you out of the chair. The ONLY thing I do not like about it, is that when strong wind moves the bushes, it does go off. That only means it really is sensitive.

I would have given this product 5 stars, but only one can be used at a time. I loved the response so well, that I ordered a second one for the back of my house, but since both are on the same frequency, both receivers go off no matter which direction someone is approaching, so there's no way to tell which side of the house they are approaching.
One is great and works well...don't depend on two.

I have been feeding a feral cat for several months. I don't like to leave his food out as it attracts other critters. At times I missed him, or he was sitting out in the cold and snow waiting for me to feed him...This works great. when the alarm goes off I check to see if it is him or the possum. Now I set it and wait for the alarm. Works Great!

I live alone and my home is at the top of a long driveway. I don't always hear a car come up and this solves the "surprise" of someone knocking on the door who is not expected. I think it is an excellent safety feature, day or night!

We use this monitor primarily to alert each other when we enter the garage. My husband has to help me with my purchases when I return from shopping since I use a rollator (3 wheeled walker) to help me walk. I also like to know when he is entering the garage after going on errands, appointments,etc.
It was very easy to set up and taping the monitor can avoid unwanted "beeps". It is a great little gadget for the price. We have not found anything to dislike about it.
