this product may do wonders in the north but i used it in melrose florida it was very fast at sprouting and grew to about 1 1/2 inches high i kept it watered, didnt allow anyone to walk on it but the florida hot sun killed it dead with in a few weeks,

Bought this last year and never used this. Tried it after zoysia grass failed. Came up in three days. Planted it 2 weeks ago and had to cut it already. Lush, green, thick. Feels great on bare feet. Great product.
