I didn't list any "Con's" because I've not yet found any. I do love the fact that my treadmill folds flat and tucks away comfortably in my closet when not in use! How awesome is that?!
This treadmill is great! I couldn't be happier. I told my guy that I wanted this product. He got it for me for Christmas.
I used to be able to walk 2-4 miles without so much as breaking a sweat. No so much any more. Lol! I started walking on my treadmill 5 mins in both the morning and evening until I built my endourance. I now walk 20 mins in both the morning and evening. I watch TV and walk at the same time.
It strengthens and has tightened my arms, shoulders, back, my stomach muscles as well as my legs. I have more energy now, rest better at night... I could go on forever about the benefits. Tell you what? Just try it for yourself. You owe it to yourself. I did. I FEEL GREAT!
